ishga Online Returns Policy
Changing or cancelling your order
If you would like to update delivery details or cancel an online order, please email using the contact form within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please note that we may not be able to cancel or amend orders during peak promotional periods e.g during Black Friday or Christmas.
Our aim is to provide the highest quality products every time you order from ishga. However we understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Our returns policy follows these Terms and Conditions.
If you receive products which do not match those that you ordered, unless sent with an explanatory note about the changes, stating reasons for the changes and providing your options, you should contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the original payment method. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods. In this case, ishga is responsible for paying return shipment costs.
Faulty and damaged products
If any products you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and associated documentation. Upon our receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the original payment method. In this case, ishga is responsible for paying return shipment costs.
You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period of 14 days. This period begins once your order is received by you. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt. They must meet the below conditions. You are responsible for paying return shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason (not faulty, damaged or wrong order).
- You have not used the products and they are in their original packaging
- You return them to us within 14 days of receipt.
Starting a return
If you wish to return goods to us for any of the above reasons, please contact us first via email first to make arrangements. We cannot accept returns without contact first being made.
Offers and free gifts
We reserve the right to exercise discretion with regards to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Where you have been entitled to any multi-buy discount or free gifts due to the size or value of your order exceeding a certain quantity or amount, and any products are returned (except for an exchange where products are faulty/damaged), we are entitled to either require the return of all products delivered as part of that offer at your cost or charge you for the products retained by you at the full price referenced at ishga.com. Your statutory rights are not affected.
